We work with everyone. As a middleware integration vendor, we are partners with all our data source (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack etc.) and archive providers (Mimecast, Proofpoint, M365 Purview etc.). We also partner with our clients’ licensing and procurement services for easy onboarding.
We partner with all data source vendors that integrate with DataParser software. Development and Testing teams work closely throughout the integration process and remain in contact on a regular basis going forward for version testing and issue resolution.
Data Source Partner Requirements:
We partner with all major archive vendors so clients can use DataParser with any archive or eDiscovery software. Development and Testing teams work closely when developing support for a new destination archive or repository. Archive partners will participate in version testing and issue resolution for clients.
Archive Partner Requirements:
Any partner can become a DataParser Referral Partner. Referral Partners can work with the 17a-4 Sales team to respond to their client’s needs including quotes, free trials, licenses. With the Referral arrangement 17a-4 Sales will handle the client’s request once the Partner has introduced the client. Referral Partners will receive a Referral Fee for each client introduction.
Some partners may wish to resell DataParser licenses. To become a DataParser Reseller Partner you must already be a Referral Partner. Resellers have marketing and support obligations and are entitled to additional discounts.
To ease onboarding of DataParser services we are happy to work with our clients’ outsourced Procurement, Licensing, Billing, Invoicing and Vendor Due Diligence providers.
