The DataParser leverages SharePoint event handlers to capture additions and changes to content and discussion lists. It incorporates appropriate site and list information into either meta or x-headers fields and provides administrative features to monitor sites ensuring appropriate content is being captured. The DataParser provides customized formatting of the output email files it produces using specially formatted XML files that can be used to customize nearly every field within the email.
