- Transcripts – Meeting transcripts can now be collected! Clients need to enable the Archive API in the Zoom admin portal under the account settings/meeting settings. The latest version of Zoom is required to enable the workflow collection. DataParser will attach the JSONs and/or Text files of the full transcripts to outgoing meeting messages.
- Meeting Summaries – You can now collect Zoom’s AI generated meeting summaries. AI companion must be enabled. The summaries will be added to the bottom of outgoing meeting messages.
- Workflows – Slack workflows can now be collected! A new permission – discovery:read,admin.app_activites:read – is required if you would like to collect WorkFlows. Once the new permission is added, you will need to generate a new APP token to proceed with collection.
